When you become a client of Staab Family Law, you will be asked to pay an initial retainer, which will vary, depending on many factors such as (1) the current status of your case; (2) the complexity of the issues; (3) the size of the marital estate; (4) the ability and willingness for parents to co-parent; (5) the level of conflict between the parties, and their respective emotions; and finally an estimate of the cost of future services taking the aforementioned factors into consideration.

It is my goal to keep fees as low as possible. As costs are incurred and professional services are rendered on your behalf, funds will be drawn from the retainer. If the retainer becomes depleted, you may be asked to replenish it, or pay on a monthly basis. If the retainer is not exhausted, the unused portion will be refunded.
